The phenomenon of apostasy in the digital disruption era presents unprecedented challenges for pastoral ministry, particularly within family contexts. This research proposes a digital-based family pastoral model as an innovative response to contemporary apostasy phenomena. Through qualitative theological research methodology, this study examines the intersection between digital technology and pastoral care in strengthening family faith resilience. The proposed model integrates traditional pastoral principles with digital platforms, creating accessible and relevant ministry approaches. Key findings suggest that digital-based family pastoral care can effectively address apostasy risks through enhanced communication, continuous spiritual guidance, and community building. This model offers theological institutions and churches a practical framework for implementing technology-enhanced pastoral care. The research contributes to contemporary pastoral theology by demonstrating how digital tools can revitalize traditional ministry practices while maintaining theological integrity and effectiveness in addressing modern faith challenges.
