This study aims to implement Christian leadership values through a career guidance guidebook for university students. This guidebook is designed to help students integrate biblical principles such as integrity, service, humility, commitment, and justice into their career preparation. The research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach, adapting the Courseware Development Process (CDP) model and Gall & Borg to produce a valid and effective guidebook. The results show that this guidebook is practical in enhancing students' understanding of career as a life calling and shaping their character in accordance with leadership values, in addition to guiding students towards a deeper spiritual experience. This approach not only helps students prepare themselves technically but also fosters strong character and a work ethic grounded in biblical principles. This research contributes to preparing students to become competent and service-oriented leaders, addressing the needs of Christian higher education in response to the challenges of the modern workplace.
