This research examines the development of a relational theology model that addresses mental health challenges in the digital and post-truth era. Through a practical theology approach and phenomenological analysis, this article argues that Christian digital communities can serve as effective therapeutic spaces for building mental wholeness. Research findings suggest that Trinity-centered relational theology 4.0 can offer a robust epistemological foundation to counteract mental fragmentation resulting from disinformation and digital isolation. The proposed model integrates principles of digital pastoral care, virtual ecclesiology, and contextual hermeneutics to create communities that support their members' mental health. This research contributes to the development of contemporary practical theology relevant to digital reality, providing constructive alternatives to destructive post-truth narratives.
