Konstruksi khotbah transformatif sebagai instrumen pembentukan resiliensi spiritual: Sebuah pendekatan homiletik kontekstual dalam menghadapi tantangan eksistensial di era posmodernisme

This study examines the construction of transformative sermons that strategically fostered the congregation's spiritual resilience in countering the epistemological and existential challenges of postmodernism. Through a qualitative approach using phenomenological inquiry and thematic analysis, this study identifies elements of sermons that are effective in transforming threats into spiritual resilience. The findings suggest that sermons that combine biblical narratives with explicit addressing of doubt and uncertainty can empower congregations to confront the fragmentation of meaning in postmodern culture. The primary contribution of this study is the development of an integrative homiletic framework that maintains theological authority while being responsive to the spiritual needs of contemporary congregations.
Abstrak
Studi ini mengeksplorasi konstruksi khotbah transformatif yang secara strategis membangun resiliensi spiritual jemaat dalam melawan perlawanan epistemologis dan eksistensial posmodernisme. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan inkuiri fenomenologis dan analisis tematik, studi ini mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur khotbah yang efektif dalam mengubah ancaman menjadi ketahanan spiritual. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa khotbah yang menggabungkan narasi Alkitab dengan penanganan keraguan dan ketidakpastian secara eksplisit dapat memberdayakan jemaat untuk menghadapi fragmentasi makna dalam budaya posmodern. Kontribusi utama studi ini adalah pengembangan kerangka homiletika integratif yang mempertahankan otoritas teologis sekaligus responsif terhadap kebutuhan spiritual jemaat kontemporer.
